I Want Her Closet: Emma Stone

Hi there! I first heard of Emma Stone was when she rose to fame with Easy A and I remember thinking that her acting was just brilliant and her humour was the best I'd heard in a while. In short, I loved her and her exuberant personality both on screen and off.

Emma is known for her cool and minimalist New Yorker style, but it wasn't something that I'd noticed until more recently and I'm kind of in love with it. It's not too fussy, is super simple and looks really comfortable. As usual, I picked out a couple street style looks and a red carpet one out of all of my favourites. Later, I'll do a Looks for Less post, so at the end, just let me know which outfits you'd like to see recreated whether or not I included it in this post. So let's get into it!

Hi there! I haven't done one of these in a while, the last one being Emma Watson in January, so I thought it'd be fun to bring them back. I've been following Jenn here for about a year or two now (I can't seem to remember when I discovered her). She's a fashion person on YouTube or "guru" which is the more common term, but I refrain from using it because it doesn't sit well with me. On her channel clothesencounters (isn't the name just brilliant?), she shares her tips on styling, outfit ideas, and her latest finds among other lovely videos. She's always so cheerful, but in a cool and calm way, if you know what I mean and in each and every video, her dazzling smile is present and her confidence is just oh-so contagious and is just a joy to watch.

Her style is just as flamboyant as her personality and is so freaking daring, it's amazing. With the way she carries herself and the crazy awesome outfits she wears, it's kind of hard to believe she's only 5'1. Just a warning first - it's nearly spring and these outfits might make you demand the weather gods to make it come a bit faster. Or maybe that's just me, haha.

We knew her as Hermione Granger for ten years, but something I learned is that aside from her wild curly hair and acting chops on the silver screen for Harry Potter, Emma Watson also has a wicked sense of style. She is certainly not scared to try something different, which proves especially true when she chopped off her locks when the franchise came to a close. Hi there! I don't know about you guys, but I love watching my TV shows and seeing how the characters dress and how that correlates with their personality. I've been watching Pretty Little Liars ever since the first episode of season 1 and the character's whose clothes I just want to rip off her back (to be completely honest) because they're so freaking amazing are Aria's.

Aria has such a quirky, artsy, and eclectic style that suits her character perfectly. Most of the clothes she wears on the show seem like one of a kind pieces (when some of them aren't) just by the way they're put together in an outfit. That shows that you don't need an enormous budget to dress to impress! (I know I sound lame, but whatever.)

I'm sure I'm not the only one who gets inspired by what she wears, so I put together a mini lookbook of some of Aria's standout outfits that will hopefully inspire you to put together some crazy outfits and rock it like it's nobody's business. Because after all, that's what fashion's all about. Confidence, my darlings. (See what I did there, PLL fans? Maybe? No? Okay.)

Hi there!  You may or may not know this about me, but I'm such a huge, die-hard Swiftie (Taylor Swift fan).  Though she does play it quite safe sometimes on the red carpet and whatnot, but I love her feminine and classic, vintage-inspired style.  Like my previous "I Want Her Closet" posts, I'm going to be sharing with you a few of my favourite red carpet looks that Taylor has worn and in a follow-up post, I will be recreating three of her street style looks for a lower price.  Enjoy!

I Want Her Closet: Blair Waldorf

Hi there!  The other day, I was mourning the inevitable death of Gossip Girl, one of my favourite TV guilty pleasures of all time, so I decided to blog about it!  Blair and Serena's styles are simply perfect and I'm absolutely obsessed with both of them.  I'll definitely do "I Want Her Closet" and "Looks for Less" posts from both of them.  You could probably tell from the title, but today, I'm starting off with Blair Waldorf.  She's classy, smart, and absolutely hilarious.  She's such a joy to watch and always manages to brighten my day.

I know that she isn't an actual real person like my other "I Want Her Closet" posts have featured, but I thought, what the heck, her closet is to-die-for, so nothing's stopping me!

As usual, I will be featuring a few outfits of hers that I absolutely adore and at the end, there will be a few tips and tricks on how to recreate Blair's impeccable style.  Just a quick warning for you, this post is quite long, and I hope you don't mind.  But then again, who would mind looking at gorgeous pictures of amazing fashion and Blair Waldorf?

Lately, I've been pretty in love with Alexa Chung's amazing style.  It has a quirkiness to it - that I'm a huge fan of - and it's always so unique.  I'm just going to take a moment to talk about her hair.  Isn't it fabulous?  I personally would never rock this long ombré bob, but it looks so amazing on her - I love it.

As you could probably tell from the title (or not...), Elle Fanning's style is seriously perfection, especially for a now fifteen-year-old (Happy Birthday Elle!). She's my personal fashion icon and I just love, love, LOVE her style.  Everything that she wears is so age-appropriate, but so amazingly quirky and unique at the same time. And since it's her birthday today, I decided to dedicate a whole post to her, not that I really needed the excuse.
