Hi there! I wasn't originally going to write this post because I feel like I've done it so many times before anyway. (Here is last year's post and the year before's if you were curious.) However, I changed my mind once I realised that despite the year and despite how many times I've done it in the past, I will always, always be looking for first day outfit inspiration. So as long as I'm blogging, you can expect one of these every August, that's for sure.

Now, enough of me babbling. Let's get into it.

Hi there! Ever since I got one Gwen Stefani's (I believe, don't quote me on that) Harajuku fragrances in Baby, I became really fascinated with how crazy awesome their outfits are.

I'm sure all you know by now that I'm a ginormous Taylor Swift fan, so naturally, I was sitting in front of my laptop screen like all the other Swifties around the world on Monday watching her livestream where she released the lead single to her latest album 1989 called "Shake it Off." Surprisingly enough, she also released the music video as well which has been wildly discussed and dissected online which you can watch right below if you haven't already.

I figured that since she had on a total of about ten outfits in the video, it'd be fun to recreate all the outfits, but of course, a bit more toned down so it might be a bit more wearable, especially with back to school just around the corner.

Hi there! Easter Weekend is coming up in just a few days and if you're anything like me, you have places to be and people to visit whether or not you religiously celebrate Easter (I don't). I already have a few plans for this weekend and I just can't wait to get the break. Warby Parker: The Brand That Made Me Fall Back in Love With Glasses

Hi there! I have a special post today for you guys and it's one about a brand I'd found out about recently called Warby Parker and their mission statement was what really caught my eye (see what I did there). For every pair of glasses that you buy from them, they will be giving one pair of glasses to someone in need. I've had bad vision for about as long as I can remember (I started wearing glasses in second grade) and it has gotten progressively worse over the years, so I can't imagine what I'd do without either my glasses or my contacts. That's why it's such a great thing that they're doing, giving those less fortunate the luxury that we take for granted.
