Beauty Trends I Can't Wait to Try in 2015

Hi there! Something that I really got into at the end of 2014 was beauty. Suddenly, I felt like yeah, I should put the effort into completing my outfit with the right hair and makeup. I was also old enough that my parents didn't really care that much about how natural my face looks. Well, they'll make a questioning comment about the substances on my face, but they never made me go scrub it off.

I definitely want to be more adventurous with my beauty looks this year and change things up more often, so here are a few things I'm looking to try out.

Bright Orange Lipstick

Orange lipstick is a trend that's come and gone quite a few times over the past few years, but it never quite goes away. It's so different from your standard nude, pink, berry, or red, so it's going to be really cool to try it out.

The Half-Bun

Zoella has been rocking this look a lot in her videos and after seeing it in Louisa's video of her stellar mashup of Taylor Swift's "Blank Space" and "Style," I knew that this was a look I had to do for myself.

Woodstock Waves

When I was younger, braiding my hair was the only method I used to add texture/waves/curls to my hair, but they never looked quite right 90% of the time. Maybe I'll invest in a triple barrel curling iron or something to achieve this look.

Flash Tattoos

They were a big thing earlier in the spring, but they weren't a one-season trend, so while I'm not planning on getting a real tattoo anytime soon (if ever), I won't be shying away from these ones.

Purple Eyes

This soft purple hue looks so pretty and adds a little something to an otherwise natural makeup look. It's going to be perfect for school, for sure since I try not to overdo it at school.

Which look was your favourite? What other trends can you not wait to try in 2015? Do you tend to be more adventurous with your style or the beauty bit? Leave your comments and share your thoughts below!
